Simple 5 minute Chia Seed Pudding


3 Tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon flaxseed

1 tablespoon desiccated coconut

1 tablespoon honey (not for vegans)

Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds

Unsweetened almond milk

Toppings of your choice (I used a sprinkle of chopped walnuts and some berries)


mix all of the dry ingredients together in a small bowl

pour in some almond milk

microwave for 1 min

stir and add in more almond milk if needed

microwave for 1 min

add honey & toppings

enjoy 🙂
